Would this work in a split/pressure balanced? I'm seeing it alongside a surge mesmer 2 warriors a channeling/communing rit and 2 monks. Basic concept was trying to combine drain stacking with interupts (and it happened to have some energy drain come with it) Note this is the slot with the hard res.

If it does work, should I switch signet of disruption with a better cover hex? which one would work? Is the energy management enough to run another big hex and use it under images of remorse? (I haven't used power leech)

Without another hexer or two backing him up I don't see his hexes really doing anything. They'll get removed fairly quickly.

While there are some nice new hexes with Factions, hex removal also got its buffs, notably Expel Hexes, quite common in GvG now, along with Blessed Light monks and other forms of hex removal. If you're going to integrate hexes into your build, as Vindexus mentioned, you're going to want to go after them in a big way, so as to overload or shut down your opponents' hex removal.
